Thomas E. Belski, President
As head of ERI since 1997, Tom is responsible for overseeing all departments and creating the visionfor ERI. His work experience includes CEO of a community based behavioral health organization, director for a special education consortium, and school principal. Educational degrees includea bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire at Keene and master's degree from Emerson College.

Richard Egan, Assistant Director of Career Source
Richard has led the Everett location of Career Source since 2003. Previous to this position, he was a career counselor at Career Source in Cambridge. Before joining Career Source, he worked as a project coordinator, community organizer, counselor and teacher in South America and the U.S.A. Richard holds a bachelor degree in philosophy and a master's degree in management.

Robert J. Hebert, Director of Career Source
Since January 2000, Robert has overseen the two One-Stop Career Centers called Career Source. Prior to joining ERI, he worked as an executive vice president of a computer training company. His other experience includes serving as a senior loan officer for various area commercial banks. Robert holds a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University and a MBA from Bentley College.
