Nancy A. Piotrowski, CEO / CFO Nancy joined ERI in February of 2005, accepting the leadership position of Chief Financial Officer. Nancy has 25 years of experience in not for profit management and a can do management style. She has worked in both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire service delivery systems. She has negotiated mergers, acquisitions and tax-exempt bonds. She has been involved in turning around troubled companies, implementing controls, developing policies and procedures for accounting, human resource management, operations and contract management. Nancy earned her undergraduate degree at Emmanuel College and was awarded her MBA from Franklin Pierce College. |

Barbara Denton, Director of Human Resources Barbara joined ERI in the spring of 2006. Previously, she was the Director of Human Resources Administration at Millipore Corporation. She has also held HR leadership positions with Star Market Company, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. |

Ellen J. DiBenedetto, CPA, Controller Ellen has fifteen years of experience in accounting, finance, and consulting. She has been responsible for the financial operations of companies, including financial analysis, reporting, general accounting, budgeting and forecasting. Ellen has worked as a consultant auditor for several nonprofit entities. She worked at RSM McGladery, Inc as a Senior system Consultant, where she was the Interim CFO/Controller for companies and installed accounting software systems. Before RSM McGladery, Ellen spent over seven years in public/private companies, Trend Lines, Inc., and Mac Gray Corporation. She was responsible for internal and external financial reporting, public offering, company acquisitions and financial operations. Ellen also spent over five years in public accounting with BDO Seidman. Ellen earned her BS in Business Administration-Accounting concentration from Suffolk University. |

Linda Rohrer, Director Linda joined the ERI team in 2008 and is responsible for the overall management and direction of Career Source. Her previous experience includes developing and directing workforce development programs for disadvantaged adults and dislocated workers, and creating and managing industry-focused initiatives to meet employer workforce needs while providing advancement opportunities for workers. Linda has a bachelor's degree in social work from the State University of New York, and a master's degree in education from the University of Massachusetts. |

Sherri Whiteway, Business Office Manager Sherri joined ERI in the spring of 1999. Sherri is an efficiency expert, which comes natural to her. She runs the day to day operations of the business office ensuring the quality of key processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Sherri also ensures all documents are easily accessed and properly maintained. As a generalist, Sherri has the ability to perform a wide variety of tasks both effectively and efficiently. Sherri received a diploma in Computerized Office Skills from Training Inc. |

Ingrid Belete Nunez, Billingual Job Developer/Career Counselor/ESOL/SSL Instructor Ingrid joined ERI in the Fall of 2010. She has a B.A. in Political Science and French Studies from Wellesley College. Ingrid works on our team as a Career Counselor and ESOL/SSL Instructor. A native Spanish speaker, Ingrid is English/Spanish bilingual and is also fluent in French. Ingrid has experience teaching ESOL in the Czech Republic and the Peace Corps service during which she taught ESOL and worked as an English Teacher Trainer. |

Elizabeth Wimmer, Bilingual Career Specialist Elizabeth joined ERI in September of 2010. She has experience as a Spanish, English, and ESOL teacher; editor and proofreader; and translator (English/Spanish). She also has ample volunteer experience, including General Education Development (GED) tutoring in Spanish, and Spanish literacy instruction. Her volunteer and teaching experiences have given her the opportunity to work with people from a wide range of educational backgrounds in culturally diverse communities. Elizabeth obtained a BA in English from the State University of New York at Potsdam and a MA in Spanish from New York University’s graduate program in Madrid, Spain. |
