ERI operates three main programs: One-Stop Career Centers, Community Based Partnerships, and Health Professionals Training Institute.

One-Stop Career Centers Career Source, located in Cambridge and Everett, is part of Massachusetts's™ One-Stop Career Center system that provides free services to job seekers such as workshops on resume writing, interview skills and networking skills among other topics.
